Israeli strike on West Bank refugee camp leaves at least 18 dead

An Israeli strike which hit a cafe in a crowded refugee camp in the occupied West Bank has killed at least 18 people. The attack on the Tulkarm camp was the deadliest in the territory for 24 years, according to Palestinian authorities.
