Mauritius parliamentary elections: Island nation elects new Prime Minister and MPs

Polls have closed in the parliamentary election in Mauritius - which is held every five years. Both the current Prime MinisterPravind Jugnauth's coalition and the main opposition have promised to tackle the rising cost of living in the country.
