Spain floods: Volunteers continue helping with recovery efforts

Spain has announced four billion dollars in new aid for the reconstruction efforts in its flood-hit areas in the east. The government has been under intense scrutiny for its response to last month's disaster that killed at least 222 people. But, the devastation has also sparked a wave of solidarity across Spain, with thousands of volunteers helping with the recovery efforts.
