Explosions heard in Tel Aviv as Iran launches retaliatory missiles at Israel

Iran has launched retaliatory missiles at Israel. Projectiles were seen flying across Tel Aviv’s night sky and at least one evaded Israel’s air defence system to strike the ground. The Israeli military said its defence systems were operating to intercept ‘the threat’ and that the public had been instructed to ‘enter a protected space and remain there until further notice’.
