People in Bosnia and Herzegovina are gathering to honor the memory of thousands of victims of the 1995 Srebrenica genocide. Bosnian Serb forces attacked a UN-protected enclave, killing more than 8,300 mostly Muslim men and boys in a few days. In the aftermath, many bodies were buried in mass graves and then moved to hide evidence. So far, nearly 7,000 victims have been exhumed, identified, and reburied with dignity. Al Jazeera’s Arduana Pribinja reports from the memorial site in Srebrenica. A warning to viewers: images in this report may be disturbing.
