Nearly 5,000 Palestinians in Gaza have had one or more limbs amputated as a result of injuries sustained in Israeli attacks. The months-long blockade means medical equipment that could help amputees is running out. Alongside the devastated healthcare system, patients battle with deep psychological trauma.
