Haiti's capital faces health collapse as armed gangs tighten control

Haiti’s capital, Port-au-Prince, has turned into a combat zone as armed gangs seize control of large parts of the city. Daily shoot-outs between armed groups, government forces, and international security units have become increasingly common. The already fragile health system is collapsing under the strain, with hospitals overwhelmed and access to care severely limited. Al Jazeera’s John Holman reports from Port-au-Prince.
