Police in the UK say one of two victims in Manchester's synagogue attack may have been killed by a bullet fired by police. Two people were killed - and the suspect shot dead by police. Police say they believe the attacker was a 35-year-old British citizen of Syrian descent. The Home Secretary warned international events should not be allowed to fuel tension at home. Chris Doyle, a commentator on Middle Eastern Affairs and the director of the Council for British-Arab Understanding, says authorities' calls to suspend protests in the wake of the attack send the wrong message. Meanwhile, Al Jazeera’s Jonah Hull joins live from Manchester at the scene.
